Emily Horowitz (Development Coordinator, she/her) channels her passion for dance and arts accessibility into meaningful donor engagement and support for Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. With prior experience in dance administration, bookkeeping, and client relations, she helps orchestrate the organization’s day-to-day developmental operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University and combines her artistic background with a growing expertise in database management, nonprofit fundraising, and organizational support. Immersed in the Chicago dance community as a professional dancer herself, Emily brings a deep personal connection to her work in arts development. Passionate about the power of dance and dance education, she is committed to strengthening the support systems that make the transformative art of Hubbard Street possible.
