Join Hubbard Street Dance Chicago for the Season 38 Spotlight Ball. We are shining a light on our wonderful partnership with Chicago’s beloved home for improvised and sketch comedy, The Second City. We are delighted that Andrew Alexander, CEO/Executive Producer of The Second City, will serve as Honorary Chair for this Gala event.

The evening begins at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Millennium Park, with the opening-night performance of The Art of Falling — Hubbard Street’s wildly popular, critically acclaimed production co-created with The Second City, returning to the stage following its world premiere run in Chicago, and a sold-out engagement last fall in Los Angeles.

Following the performance, your adventure continues at the nearby Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel with cocktails and dinner, a luxury live auction — and more laughs.

Hubbard Street’s Spotlight Ball supports the innovative, field-leading work we do both onstage and off, throughout Chicago and around the globe. Our education, community-focused, adaptive dance and artistic programs reach thousands each year, in local schools, at partner institutions, major venues across the U.S. and abroad, and every single day at the Hubbard Street Dance Center.
