Proof of vaccination will be required during check-in, on the day of the audition. Masks are strongly recommended and may be required depending on the building regulations at each audition location.

  • Auditions will consist of a technique class followed by learning a short repertoire phrase and conclude with dancer improvisation.  Participants will need to be available for the entire audition duration listed. In the event a dancer is not available for the entirety of the audition, please notify our staff in advance for approval.
  • Form fitting apparel and ballet shoes must be worn for ballet class. Body lines must be clearly visible. Hair should be pulled back and out of the dancer’s face. Hubbard Street does not perform works on pointe therefore; pointe work is not a part of our Summer curriculum and should not be worn at our audition.

A photo of your vaccination card is permitted. While a vaccination card is not required to attend our virtual auditions, please note that dancers are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate in our 2023 Summer Intensive Programs.

    4) Signed Waiver: Dancers must print, sign, and bring page 3 of our waiver to the audition. All dancers under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian signature included on the waiver. Click the button below to download the waiver.
