This 60 minute overall body workout will combine ballet, yoga, Pilates and traditional weight training alongside cardiovascular intervals! We will strengthen the body while burning calories providing a workout for all levels.

Instructor Kym Costa has over 30 years of teaching experience in the Dance and Fitness worlds. Her certifications over the years include NASM, ACE PT, ACE Instructor, AFAA, N’Stretch, Spinning and Romana’s Pilates. She is excited to provide an effective class for all level participants allowing each person to get what they need in a supportive community.

BollyGroove Cardio
A total body workout with fun and meaningful Bollywood dance moves. Whether you secretly dance to Jai Ho or have never heard of Bollywood before, you will enjoy an hour of boundless fun while you get a great workout in this class.

BollyGroove Cardio is a combination of joyous Bollywood music and dance/cardio moves that can burn up to 700 calories. BollyGroove will de-stress you like nothing else (you’ll have trouble wiping off that grin!) and teach you fun and theme-appropriate dance moves to Bollywood hits.

Absolutely no prior experience needed! Our biggest joy is to watch the incredible mix of people taking our classes.

Lou Conte Dance Studio Open Houses

Next Open House: May 31, 2015 from 11am to 3pm

During the popular Lou Conte Dance Studio Open House events, free beginner classes will be offered in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, yoga, Pilates, hip hop, African, BeMoved®, Dance Latin Grooves, and more!

This is the perfect opportunity to try new classes for the first time or bring along a friend to try your favorite class.

No pre-registration required. Open House attendees will receive a 2-for-1 Class Pass to come back and take more classes at the Lou Conte Dance Studio!

Please note regular Sunday classes will not be held on
Open House Sundays.
